  • United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland)

If you require delivery outside the UK, please contact us before placing your order as costs may vary depending on location. 

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

  • Free delivery may be offered on orders over £100 (if applicable).

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Tracking Your Order

Where available, tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

6. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier disruptions

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are correct at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [48] hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
